This is what defines the connection between a Process and the single system it's connecting with. It is also where most of the configuration and settings are stored.

Integration Fields

  • The Integration fields to be configured for the Integration record are as follows:

1 Name The name of the integration. < Your Name >
2 Service type The type of web service this integration is using (SOAP/REST). ‘REST’
3 Process The process this integration belongs to. < lookup: Process ‘Name’ >

Note: The ‘Active’ field is not selectable and is controlled by the Connections. (If there is an active Connection, the Integration will be active. If there is no active Connection, the Integration will be inactive.)

‘Properties’ Tab Fields

  • All of the values in the ‘Properties’ tab fields are to be left as-is.

‘Message Configuration’ Tab Fields

  • Click on the the ‘Message Configuration’ tab and configure the fields as follows:

‘Attachment Configuration’ Tab Fields

  • All of the values in the ‘Attachment Configuration’ tab fields are to be left as-is.

‘Notes’ Tab Fields

  • Click on the ‘Notes’ tab and configure the fields as follows:

1 Note bond history Use the ‘Note bond history’ to process bond history updates. (Set to true for the history to be promoted to the work notes fields of the record we’re integrating - for the analyst to view) < checked >

3 Enable UI messages Allow information and error messages to be shown to the user as UI Notifications. Only applies to certain notifications. < checked >

  • ‘Save’ the record.
  • We are now ready to configure the Connection by clicking on ‘New’ in the related list.
